These guys are great. Real Estate Establishment is so easy to work with, they always have my best interest in mind. In 2006 they started out managing one property for me in OC when we moved out of state. In 2008 REE helped us locate another property acting as our real estate agent, which we purchased and they now manage for us.

It’s great not having calls on the weekend or after hours that the plumbing is broken or the air conditioning is out. In addition, if there is something that needs to be done to the property like an upgrade or improvement REE takes care of that with ease getting estimates and scheduling the work–that’s what they do.
